The property is cottage style with central air conditioning, a fully equip kitchen, washer/dryer, deck with furniture and 6 person hot tub, and a large yard. The space
A clean, adorable cottage with a large yard. The separate guest cottage is included which is where the 4th bedroom space is located- it is NOT for use during November-May, as it is not winterized.

Guests have free access to the sandy beach across the street!
Other things to note
The area is perfect for biking, kayaking, fishing, and sightseeing! The quiet yard is a perfect oasis for relaxation. Close by is the University of Rhode Island, the Block Island ferry, Newport and more!
