One bedroom cottage with open floor plan. There is a queen size pull out couch in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guests will enjoy central air conditioning in the summer season and a cozy stay in the off season. There is a deck that overlooks the salt marsh along with ample yard space for outdoor fun. Guests have access to a kayak and canoe launch.
